27/3/08 Email change information for resort repesentatives
Due email server upgrade you need to change email client settings. Please see info here.
Note all emails stored on webmail will be lost unless downloaded. We have downloaded your current mails as backup (but no old emails filed in folders).
To download your emails you can use a program such as Outlook Express or the free (and recommended) program Thunderbird (www.mozilla-europe.org/en/products/thunderbird/).
Once the email has transferred to the new (Gmail) servers you can access via webmail as before at http://mail.chaletfood.com (but any old emails will not be available) or set up your email program to download using instructions.
Your user name and password will be as before.
During the transition new emails can be accessed via https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/chaletfood.com
